GO UNITE! \u2013 form\u00ader\u00adly known as GO UNI \u2013 is the Ger\u00adman Chap\u00adter of the GO FAIR Im\u00adple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon Net\u00adwork Data Ste\u00adward\u00adship Com\u00adpe\u00adtence Cen\u00adters (DSCC).

In the past the\u00adre have been se\u00adve\u00adral mi\u00adsun\u00adderstan\u00addings re\u00adgar\u00adding the mis\u00adsi\u00adon and the tar\u00adget group of the Ger\u00adman DSCC chap\u00adter, cau\u00adsed by its name \u201cGO UNI\u201d. For some col\u00adle\u00adagues, GO UNI im\u00adpli\u00aded that only peo\u00adp\u00adle from uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty in\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons could be\u00adco\u00adme mem\u00adbers of this im\u00adple\u00admen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adon net\u00adwork. In or\u00adder to put an end to this mi\u00adsun\u00adderstan\u00adding, it was the\u00adr\u00ade\u00adfo\u00adre de\u00adci\u00added to choo\u00adse a new name for GO UNI. It was im\u00adportant that the new name re\u00adflec\u00adted both the in\u00adte\u00adgra\u00adti\u00adve cha\u00adrac\u00adter and the tar\u00adget group of the Ger\u00adman DSCC net\u00adwork. The re\u00adsult has now been de\u00adter\u00admi\u00adned and we are hap\u00adpy to an\u00adnoun\u00adce the new name: GO UNITE! All per\u00adsons from uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty and<\/strong> non-uni\u00adver\u00adsi\u00adty in\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons are in\u00advi\u00adted to par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpa\u00adte. Sim\u00adply ever\u00adyo\u00adne who would like to be ac\u00adtively in\u00advol\u00adved in the RDM com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty or needs sup\u00adport in deal\u00ading with spe\u00adci\u00adfic to\u00adpics from the com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adty.
